Gearbox repairs are as follows: Upon arrival of your gearbox our engineers disassemble, sand-blast and thoroughly cleanse, grease oil ect. Then gears and shafts are magnafluxed, bearings are removed from shaft, bearnings surfaces are thoroughly inspected and sized.
Repair process as follows: Gears are manufactured new, shaft journals are pre-ground, re-built and ground to size. Bearings are replaced O.E.M, seals are replaced or re-manufactured new, keyways are re-cut new. A test run is preformed and a 24-month warranty is applied.
Also we heat treat, carburize, and flame harden gears. The equipment benefits the most from our repair process. Replacement of worn and broken equipment can be expensive, time consuming and difficult. There is no need to go to O.E.M and pay 100% of the purchase price when we can save you up to 50% on a complete overhaul of repair,
