Most gearboxes reach us one of two ways. Inside the greater Houston area, our crew picks the unit up, and pickup, crating, rigging, and delivery are free, even on reducers that weigh thousands of pounds. Everywhere else, plants ship the unit to our dock in Houston, and shipping is free in both directions on every job. Once a gearbox arrives, the process is identical no matter where it came from: teardown, cleaning, and a free magnaflux inspection, then a clear quote before any repair begins. Every rebuild is test run before it ships home and carries an up to 24 month workmanship warranty.

Our coverage is concentrated where the work is. The Houston Ship Channel is home to the largest petrochemical manufacturing complex in the United States, per the Greater Houston Partnership, and the plants along that corridor sit minutes from our shop. The two largest refineries in the country by capacity, in Texas City and Port Arthur, both sit on the Texas Gulf Coast, per the U.S. Energy Information Administration, which is why so much of our repair volume comes from the corridor between Houston and the Louisiana line.
