This website is owned and operated by Solution Gear Co., a family owned industrial gear and gearbox repair shop located at 8449 West Belfort Ave, Houston, TX 77071. The business has served industry from Houston since 1998. Solution Gear Co. carries on the gear cutting and rebuilding work formerly offered under the Hanson Gear Works name.

How this site was built

The website was designed and is maintained by ThatDeveloperGuy, an independent web development studio, on behalf of Solution Gear Co. The repair work, photographs of finished jobs, and shop expertise described throughout the site are Solution Gear Co.'s own.

About our content

The articles in our Insights section are written from real experience on our shop floor. They are general guidance for industrial maintenance teams and are not a substitute for an inspection of your specific equipment. Photographs on this site show actual work performed by Solution Gear Co. unless a caption states otherwise. Before and after pairs are shown only when they represent the same unit.
