Repair process: Gears are manufactured new, shaft journals are pre-ground, re-built and ground to size. Bearings are replaced O.E.M, seals are replaced or re-manufactured new, keyways are re-cut new.
A test run is preformed and a 24-month warranty is applied.
Also we heat treat, carburize, and flame harden gears. The equipment benefits the most from our repair process. Replacement of worn and broken equipment can be expensive, time consuming and difficult.
